Building Blocks is a block-placement puzzle in LEVO's Popular Games category, played on a 9×9 board divided into nine 3×3 sections like a sudoku grid. You drag figures — lines, squares, L-shapes and more — onto empty cells; completing any full row, column, or 3×3 section clears it and scores points. How to play

The board starts with some cells filled; below it sits a tray of three figures — dots, lines, diagonals, squares, L-, T- and V-shapes. Drag a figure over the board: a preview shows exactly where it will land, and it only drops onto cells that are all empty. Placing cells scores points, and any row, column, or 3×3 section you complete clears away for bonus points — clearing more than one line at once doubles that bonus, announced with a "+N" combo counter. Some levels have stacked cells marked with a number; each clear peels one layer. When all three figures are used, three new ones appear. You win by reaching the level's score target; you lose if none of your three figures fits anywhere.

Is Building Blocks like sudoku?

How do you score points in Building Blocks?

Every cell you place scores, and cells cleared by completing lines or sections score on top. Completing two or more lines with one drop doubles the clearing bonus. Each level has a score target to reach.

Can you lose a Building Blocks level?

Yes — the level fails when none of the three figures in your tray fits anywhere on the board. There is no timer, so the pressure is spatial, not temporal.
