Crossword is a word-forming puzzle in LEVO's brain-games library: each level gives you a circular wheel of letters, and every word you can spell by swiping through them fills its place in an interlocking crossword grid. There are no written clues — the grid itself is the clue, and the challenge is squeezing every valid word out of a single handful of letters. Untimed and forgiving, with over 500 levels in English and word lists authored in six languages, Crossword helps improve active vocabulary, selective attention, and word fluency.
How to play
Each level has two parts: an empty crossword grid at the top, and a letter wheel at the bottom holding the shuffled letters of the level's base word — five to seven of them. Swipe from letter to letter on the wheel to spell a word, then release to submit; the bar above the wheel shows your word and flashes green for a correct answer, red for a miss. Every answer uses only the wheel's letters, so shorter words hide inside longer ones. Each correct word fills its cells in the grid, and because the words intersect, every find hands you letters for the next. Fill every cell to complete the level. There is no timer and no fail state — and three hints per level, each revealing one letter.

Levels & progression
Over 500 levels — 514 in English, the single largest level count of any LEVO game. Complete a level to advance; the pre-game screen shows completed / total on a level rail. Base words run five to seven letters with 3–10 grid words per level; bigger wheels and denser grids carry the difficulty — never a clock. A short auto-played tutorial traces a word on the wheel before level 1.

What is Crossword in LEVO?

How is it different from a newspaper crossword?

Each level includes three hints, and each one reveals a letter in the grid. Revealed letters count toward completion, and there is no timer or penalty, so a stuck level is always finishable at your own pace.
